A LOVE
LETTER
FROM
US TO
YOU.
X O X O

Dear Potential New Members,

On behalf of the Panhellenic community, we are so glad you are interested in the Panhellenic Primary Recruitment process. Sorority recruitment has been one of the oldest traditions at FSC and will continue its legacy with all of you. The Greek community here at FSC is full of endless opportunities to make everlasting friendships and unforgettable memories.

Each year, our goal for recruitment is to help every participant find a home where they feel loved and supported. All of the sorority chapters on campus are made of amazing women who are strong, talented, and are not afraid to embrace their true selves. As you embark on this journey, our advice to you is that you be your authentic self throughout the process and keep an open mind.

Our hope is that whether you choose a Panhellenic sorority or choose to only spend recruitment with us, you take in all the memories the recruitment process has to offer. We want you to find a place where your dreams and goals are supported and we hope that a Panhellenic sorority can provide that. The primary recruitment process has been carefully planned to provide you with knowledge about the Panhellenic community, the opportunity to form new relationships, and all the information to help you along the way.

Joining a sorority will be a rewarding experience. Each chapter has unique values and goals. Together, they work toward common goals and philanthropic efforts within the Panhellenic community. Remember to keep your values in mind and make decisions that are best for you. We hope that you enjoy your experience throughout the Panhellenic recruitment process at Florida Southern College, and we look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Go Mocs & Go Greek!

Love,

FSC Panhellenic Recruitment Team

2025 Recruitment

Wednesday, January 29 - Sunday, February 2

PHC Recruitment takes place during the spring semester. It is a formal, multi-day process where Potential New Members (PNMs) meet all sororities on campus through a series of rounds. For the time schedule of recruitment, please review the 2025 Recruitment Guidebook. The guidebook is emailed to all PNMs after they register for recruitment.

Wednesday, January 29: Kick-Off

Allows PNMs to meet the girls within the groups that they will be traveling with throughout the recruitment process, as well as their Rho Gamma or Recruitment Guide who will be assisting and supporting them along the way.

Thursday, January 30: Sisterhood Round (Night 1)

PNMs will go to all 6 sorority chapters to learn about their values and sisterhood. After visiting all of the chapters PNM’s will give their top 4 preferences.

Friday, January 31: Philanthropy Round (Night 2)

PNMs will be invited back to a maximum of 4 chapters. Within this round PNM’s will have the opportunity to discover the community service efforts and philanthropies each sorority supports. After visiting all of the chapters listed on the PNM’s personalized schedule, PNM’s will give their top 2 preferences.

Saturday, February 1: Preference Round (Night 3)

PNMs will be invited back to a maximum of 2 chapters to a more exclusive event where they learn about the deeper bonds and traditions of the chapters. After visiting these chapters PNM’s will rank accordingly following the Membership Recruitment Acceptance Binding Agreement (MRABA).

If a PNM only visited 1 chapter during their preference round the PNM can list that chapter on their MRABA if they are willing to accept a bid from that chapter, or they can voluntarily remove themselves from the primary recruitment process.

Sunday, February 2: Bid Day

A celebratory event where bids (invitations to join an organization) are extended to the PNM’s who went through the Primary recruitment process.

What if I can’t attend all recruitment events?
Attendance at all events is strongly encouraged, especially for PHC’s formal recruitment, as it helps chapters and potential members connect. If you have scheduling conflicts, inform the recruitment team or chapter leaders as soon as possible. This ensures you have the best experience during the primary recruitment process and allows us to make chapters aware of your absence.
